Privacy policy
Stackfeed is currently offered as a managed pilot. This policy describes the practical data handled to set up and run a customer feed.
Data we handle
We store the information needed to operate your Stackfeed, including your feed name, source labels, Substack handles, publication subdomains, optional images, imported public post and note metadata, and display overrides you request.
How it is used
Data is used to create hosted feed pages, JSON feeds, and website embeds, and to refresh those outputs on a schedule. Public Substack content may be displayed through your Stackfeed according to your configuration.
Customer contact
Email correspondence is used for onboarding, support, billing coordination, and service notices. We do not sell customer contact information.
Deletion
Pilot customers can request removal of a Stackfeed, source, imported item, or account record by emailing hello@stackfeed.app.
